John is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Corcom. With over 20 years’ experience in property development John has overseen several high profile, large residential and commercial developments across both Ireland the UK.

John’s specific expertise is in identifying strategic development opportunities and overseeing the detailed design, planning and construction through to successful realisation. John’s specific focus is to ensure Corcom deliver exceptional and vibrant developments through inspired design, collaborative planning, quality construction and strategic realisation.

Martin Rafferty | LinkedIn

Martin joined Corcom as Director of Investment in 2017. Martin has over 30 years’ experience in corporate finance and property having held senior leadership roles both in banking and the private corporate sectors.

In particular, Martin was previously Managing Director of Rogers Group Investments for a period of 3 years, Head of Acquisitions in Veris plc for 3 years and worked in AIB Corporate Finance for 16 years, at one stage Head of the Private Companies Team. Martin’s specific focus within
Corcom is to lead due diligence and financial analysis on all projects, manage investor and client relations and assist with business development and opportunity identification.

Vincent Sorohan | LinkedIn

Vincent joined Corcom as Director of Operations in 2021 from a Big 4 Accounting Firm where he was a Director in Financial Advisory Services.

As an accountant, he has served over 18 years in private practice and has significant experience in the fields of restructuring, operations, risk and real estate having worked on complex engagements across both Ireland and Europe.

In recent times, Vincent was heavily involved in the preparation of master plans and planning schemes in addition to devising and implementing exit strategies on some of the most prominent development land sites in Ireland. Vincent’s specific focus in Corcom is to work collaboratively with the Chief Executive Officer in managing and growing the Company.

Orla joined Corcom in 2016 and holds the role of Senior Project Manager. As an Architect and Certified Project Manager, Orla has over 18 years’ experience in working on master- planning, planning, design and construction projects in a variety of sectors across Ireland, the UK, the US and Canada.

Orla’s specific focus within Corcom is to lead Planning & Design, Detailed Design and Construction Delivery projects on a day-to-day basis ensuring that the best scheme design possible is delivered on time and within budget.

In addition, Orla is focused on ensuring that each of the projects Corcom are involved in have Sustainability as a core component and in 2021 became a Home Performance Index Accredited Assessor with accreditation provided by the Irish Green Building Council.

James Naughton | LinkedIn

James joined Corcom in 2019 and has progressed to Associate Divisional Director within the company. As a Chartered Civil Engineer, James has over 15 years’ experience in the residential, education, medical devices and health care sectors, and experience of Traditional Contracts, Design and Build Contracts and Public Procurement Projects Contracts.

James’ specific focus within Corcom is to lead Detailed Design, Contractor Procurement and Construction delivery projects. James is also focused on ensuring that each of the projects Corcom are involved in have Sustainability as a core component and in 2021 became a Home Performance Index Accredited Assessor with accreditation provided by the Irish Green Building Council.

In addition, James has also commenced a Diploma in Construction Law & Contract Administration with Trinity College Dublin and is due to complete this in Summer 2023.

Seán O'Neill | LinkedIn

Seán joined Corcom in 2016 and has progressed to Associate Divisional Director within the company. With an architecture background, Seán is an IPMA Certified Project Manager with over 15 years’ experience working on master-planning, planning, design and construction projects in a variety of sectors across Ireland, the UK and Canada.

Seán’s specific focus within Corcom is to lead Feasibility Studies, Masterplanning, and Planning & Design projects on a day-to-day basis ensuring that the best scheme design possible is delivered on time and within budget. In addition, Seán is focused on ensuring that each of the projects Corcom are involved in have Sustainability as a core component and in 2021 became a Home Performance Index Accredited Assessor with accreditation provided by the Irish Green Building Council.

Emmet joined Corcom in 2022 and holds the role of Development Manager. As a Chartered Civil Engineer, Emmet has over 15 years’ experience in the residential, education, commercial office and health care sectors, and experience of Traditional Contracts, Design and Build (DB) Contracts and Public Procurement Projects Contracts (PPP).

Emmet’s specific focus within Corcom is on managing the day-to-day delivery of Detailed Design, Contractor Procurement and Construction projects.

Leah Quilligan | LinkedIn

Leah joined Corcom in 2021 and holds the role of Project Manager. Leah holds a BSc (Hons) Surveying (Property Economics) and is currently undertaking her APC in Planning & Development to gain full SCSI Membership. Leah has 4 years experience in working on planning & development projects across the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors and her specific focus within Corcom is to manage residential and commercial planning & design projects on a day-to-day basis.

In addition, Leah is focused on ensuring that each of the projects Corcom are involved in have Sustainability as a core component and in 2021 became a Home Performance Index Accredited Assessor with accreditation provided by the Irish Green Building Council.

Michael joined Corcom in 2022 and holds the role of Investment Manager. Michael holds a BSc (Hons) Property Economics (Valuation Surveying) and is currently undertaking his APC in Planning & Development to gain full SCSI Membership. Michael has 3 years’ experience in working on property investment analysis and valuation projects across the residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality sectors.

His specific focus within Corcom is to provide due diligence and financial analysis support on all projects as well as researching and appraising new projects. In addition, Michael is currently completing the final stages of an MSc in Urban Planning & Policy Design.

Thamires Souza joined Corcom in 2022 and holds the role of Assistant Project Manager. Thamires holds a BSc (Hons) in Architecture and Urban Planning and has 2 years experience in working on planning & development projects across the residential and commercial sectors.

Her specific focus within Corcom is to assist with the management of residential and commercial planning & design projects on a day-to-day basis.

Tara Healy | LinkedIn

Tara joined Corcom in 2021 and holds the role of Office Manager. Tara has over 25 years experience in administrative business management and more recently in human resource management. In recent times, Tara has completed a Diploma in Human Resource Management together with a Diploma in Health & Safety Management. Tara’s specific focus is to manage the administration and human resource functions across both the Maynooth and Dublin offices.
